Adele has made a habit out of chronicling her personal life, including the loves of her life and heartbreak, through her lyrics and music, which will soon span over the course of four studio albums.
And with just days until that fourth studio album, 30, drops, the singer-songwriter is now opening up about her whirlwind romance with sports agent Rich Paul, who just happens to represent basketball superstar, LeBron James.
During a new interview with Rolling Stone, Adele described her relationship with Paul as being the most ‘incredible, openhearted, and easiest’ one she’s ever been in.

And while Adele (born Adele Laurie Blue Adkins) and Paul have only been dating since this past summer, they have known each other for some time now.
It turns out, they didn’t hit it off initially when they first met on the dance floor at a mutual friend’s birthday party years ago.
But that would all change, and sparks would fly, when they reconnected in June 2021. And from there, they would be seen out together about a month later.
‘I didn’t really tell many of my friends at the beginning because I wanted to keep it to myself,’ the Send My Love star revealed.

Adele and Paul went official with their relationship shortly after, and they’ve been inseparable ever since.
In fact, they put their love on display, for all the world to see, when they attended the NBA Finals as a couple in July, and again at LeBron James’ wife’s birthday party this past August.
She went Instagram official and shared a photo of herself snuggled up to Paul, who represents a number of star athletes and is the founder of Klutch Sports, in a post on September 19, which she captioned with only a red heart emoji.
More recently, the couple had a date night when they watched the Los Angeles Lakers’ season opener against Steph Curry and the Golden State at Staples Center in Los Angeles on October 19.

And in a sign that typically represents the relationship is to be taken seriously, Adele was comfortable enough to introduce Paul to her nine-year-old son, Angelo, whom she co-parents with her ex-husband Simon Konecki.
The former couple were first linked romantically in mid-2011 and were eventually married and separated all in the calendar year of 2018.
In another interview, with Vogue in early October, the native of London, England confirmed that she and Paul are indeed an item.
Of their reconnection years after their first meeting, Adele said ‘Rich just incredibly arrived,’ and that their union has since had a positive impact on her well-being.
‘I don’t feel anxious or nervous or frazzled,’ Adele explained, adding, ‘It’s quite the opposite. It’s wild.’

Like her new album 30, her three previous studio albums: 19 (2008), 21 (2011) and 25 (2015), are all named after the age of the singer during its writing and production.
Basically, she wanted to highlight that the lyrics were a reflection of her life and frame of mind at a certain age.
Some people have termed her last batch of songs for 25 as being the ‘make-up record’, with themes of motherhood and regret as well.
Since 30, which drops on November 19, will be coming through her lens as a 30-year-old, it can be assumed that the topics and subject matter was written about three years ago, since she is now 33-years-old.
