It was previously revealed that Martha Kalifatidis would ruffle feathers on Celebrity Apprentice, and this was certainly the case on Sunday night’s dramatic episode.

Anthony Callea, who was eventually fired by Lord Alan Sugar, accused project manager Martha Kalifatidis of ‘throwing him a grenade’ and ‘playing a bull**t game’.

Boardroom scenes saw the singer, 38, defending himself after Martha, 32, said he failed to contribute anything worthy to the swimwear and runway show challenge.

Martha, who managed losing team Fun-Raisers, chose to summon Anthony and interior design guru Shaynna Blaze, 58, into the boardroom with her.

It wasn’t long before Martha accused Anthony of not pulling his weight, having assigned him the role of runway show manager for their Budgy Smuggler designs.

‘He’s always shrugging off responsibility. That is his first thing that he always does,’ the former Married At First Sight star-turned-beauty influencer told Lord Sugar.

Anthony hit back at Martha, accusing her of poor leadership and disrespect.

‘I’m not going to play your bull**t game. There is a lack of leadership, there is a lack of respect. We were all actually trying to help you. Whether or not you want to turn that into a game, that’s on you,’ he retaliated.

‘You’ve thrown a grenade at me, please allow me to defend myself,’ Anthony quipped, after Martha said that she wasn’t playing a game.

‘I’ve worked my bloody a** off in this. And it was a lack of leadership, that’s why we’re here,’ he added of himself and Shaynna.

Unease: Meanwhile it wasn't just Anthony who Martha ruffled feathers with, with their teammates left uneasy after she chose intruder and AFL star Josh Gibson to design the Budgy Smugglers with her, as opposed to fashion designer Camilla Franks (pictured)

The odds weren’t in Anthony’s favour, with Lord Sugar choosing to fire him, and keeping Martha and Shaynna safe for at least another episode.

‘This is ridiculous… [we have an] internationally renowned, celebrated designer [on our team],’ Shaynna was heard saying in a piece to camera to Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli.

Renowned fashion designer Camilla, who was taken aback by Martha’s decision to cast her as just the event MC, admitted to feeling uneasy in a piece to camera.

‘That’s what I do for a living. To not have me as a designer, as someone who has built a global brand of 16 years, might have been a wrong move. I hope they can pull it off, but I think the team is feeling a little uneasy,’ she said.

Struggling to come up with any good designs on grease-proof kitchen paper, Martha called the group back and instructed Camilla to take over as designer.

‘I’ve made a mistake. I want Camilla to make the designs. You are a f**king designer, and I don’t know what I would really be doing here,’ she said.
