Nichole Wood has again split from her tradie boyfriend, Jake Yard.
The former Bachelor star got help from her father as she moved out of the home the pair shared in Melbourne on Saturday.
The 26-year-old held onto her baby daughter, Bohdi Leigh Yard, who was born in November, as she loaded her personal belongings into a car.

Nichole had revealed earlier on Saturday that she and the daughter she shares with Jake were left without a place to live after the break up.
In a series of Instagram Stories posts, the former reality star made strong accusations against her ex, revealing that they’d split over a number of grievances.
She also claimed the pair had ‘split three times’ prior to Saturday, and that Jake had previously said she was his ‘best friend’ and that he ‘couldn’t live without her’.

She broke the shock news on Instagram, describing the situation as ‘pretty s**t’ and ‘another f**king level of f**ked up.’
Confirming that the split was acrimonious, the expectant mother told fans: ‘Just want to jump on and tell everyone that I’m in this situation and am okay as I can be, and thanks for all the messages.’
The blonde managed to hold back tears as she told fans she could ‘go into labour any moment’.

‘I’m literally days off from having a baby and I’m [living] at my parents’ [home],’ she lamented.
Shortly after her post, Nichole uploaded a photo of her latest sonogram to Instagram Stories, along with the heartbreaking caption: ‘I’m so glad that at least out of this I have you baby girl. Just you and me.’
Nichole announced she had welcomed her daughter in an Instagram Stories post on November 21.

She wrote: ‘I know everyone is patiently waiting. Bubs and I are doing great, will post a photo of her soon’.
In May last year, Nichole told Daily Mail Australia that she had never expected to fall pregnant naturally with Jake, because she suffers from a hormonal condition that can affect menstrual cycles and fertility.
‘I didn’t find out until I was seven weeks, so it was pretty crazy and I wasn’t expecting it,’ she said.

‘I have something called [polycystic ovary syndrome] which is a sort of infertility that can make it harder to get pregnant, so I was shocked that I fell pregnant naturally.’
The cafe manager said that she learned she was pregnant after she started craving savoury foods out of nowhere, despite having a serious sweet tooth all her life.
‘All of a sudden I was eating weird things at work like ham and cheese croissants with smashed avocado on them!’

Nichole was one of the standout contestants on Matt Agnew’s season of The Bachelor last year.
She made it to the tenth episode of the series and is best known for arriving on a motorcycle to meet Matt on the first episode.
