Paul said in court docs that this past July 4, Albrecht was in a vehicle parked near Southern California home, at which point, her husband Ian sought to snap a picture of her license plate.

Paul told authorities Albrecht ‘turned on her car and hit him with it and fled the scene,’ at which point they contacted the LAPD.

Paul told police that Albrecht has sent her husband Ian a series of emails ‘showing her paranoia and hatred of him;’ and has also posted online defaming remarks looking to harm his reputation.

The New York-born actress said that she thinks Albrecht targeted her husband because she believes he is keeping her apart from her, the outlet reported.

Paul and Albrecht have legal issues dating back to 2011, according to the outlet, and in 2013, had restraining orders placed against the other over run-ins at a community pool.
