Chrissy Teigen dyes her long blonde tresses red… as she shares snaps during the process

On most days, Chrissy Teigen has her tresses colored in some version of a blonde shade.

But then there are the times when the model and cookbook author likes to add a little color to her look, which she has documented on her Instagram page over the years. 

On Sunday, the Lip Sync Battle host decided she was ready for a hair color change, and took to Instagram and gave a shout out to Nato VanDine, a self-proclaimed master colorist and extension specialist.

In need of color: Chrissy Teigen took to Instagram on Sunday and revealed she was dying her long tresses red, and has instilled the help of self-proclaimed master colorist, Nato Van Dine

In the early evening, Teigen posted a photo of herself sitting in a chair weraing a black smock inside her Beverly Hills mansion getting her long locks dyed red.

The selfie snap only caught part of her head, which was covered in the red coloring mix, and the partial tattooed arm and leg of the colorist, believed to be VanDine.

She all but confirmed it was, in fact, VanDine, when she posted a second photo of the coloring mix.               

Teigen, 35, also shared a photo of the red color mix, along with a shout out to colorist Nato VanDine [@re_nato_v]

‘Back on my bull****!! @re_nato_v, [Nato VanDine]’ she wrote along the bottom of the image, in a reference to VanDine.  

At last check, Teigen hasn’t gone back to her Instagram page to share the results of her dye job. 

By going red, the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model could be answering a questioned posed by her famed colorist. Just over a week ago Van Dine took to his Instagram and asked: ‘Where are all the red heads at?’

Just over a week ago, Van Dine asked:’ Where are all the red heads at?’

Well, if all turned out well, it appears one of those red heads can be found at Teigen’s posh $17.5 million home that she shares with husband John Legend and their two children, five-year-old Luna and three-year-old Miles, and Teigen’s mother Vilailuck Teigen. 

Earlier on Sunday, Teigen shared a short video of her daughter Luna getting her hair styled for a soccer photoshoot.

A few hours later she dropped a clip of her driving to that photoshoot with a woman, where she repeated: ‘Soccer moms,’ several times over while staring into the camera.
