HGTV star Christina Haack officially finalized her divorce from second husband Ant Anstead nine months after their legal separation.

The Anaheim-born 37-year-old and the 42-year-old Englishman have ‘privately settled’ the property and assets accumulated during their 21-month marriage, according to TMZ.

Christina and Ant – who began their romance in November 2017 – will share legal and physical custody of their 21-month-old son Hudson London.

Anstead is also father to two children – son Archie, 14; and daughter Amelie, 17 – from his 12-year marriage to Louise Anstead, which ended in 2017.

Haack is also mother to two children – daughter Taylor, 10; and son Brayden, 5 – from her seven-year marriage to Tarek El Moussa, which ended in 2018.

The amicable, house-flipping exes have been hard at work on the 15-episode 10th (and likely final) season of HGTV’s Flip or Flop premiering later this year.

Christina – who reverted back to her maiden name in December – has wiped all existence of Ant from her Instagram, and she’s searching for a new Newport Beach home.

After Haack sold their marital Newport Beach home for $5.3M, Anstead moved into a seaside Laguna Beach property he dubbed: ‘The Temple.’

‘There’s so much going on with work and the kids, so [I’m] focusing on the kids and work and just having fun,’ the interior designer told ET earlier this month

‘My goal is just to move on and not take things so seriously. And do some fun trips with the kids, go to Tennessee more, take time for quiet time and just really focus on the family. Just those things for us, those private times, you know, fun moments.’

Christina continued: ‘I’m more of a person that just focuses on staying positive. Like, I don’t get stuck in dwelling on things if they’re going differently. I just always constantly am looking at the future. New projects, new fun activities and everything like that. I guess the main thing is, yeah, just not getting stuck in the setback and just looking at the future.’

‘It has just been the most fun season. You’re going to see a lot of really cool stories,’ the pretty presenter teased.

‘There’s a ton of different styles, everything from modern Hacienda to mid-century modern. I feel like what was cool about this season is every house, people’s style was totally different and unique, and just really high design.’
