Mrs Hinch, whose real name is Sophie, is so popular that Facebook pages have been made in her honour.
On one such page, which has more than 100,000 members, one person asked what they should do to eliminate lingering smells from their carpet.
They had spilt something on their carpet, but the odour had still not vanished.
The person wrote: “Hi! My grandparents had some milk spill in their car, they have tried everything. Literally everything. Bought a Vax wet and dry. Have scrubbed, hoovered, cleaned, sprayed, aired out etc, but the smell is still lingering. Any of you clever people got any ideas/suggestions?”
