It was the highly-anticipated football event of the Euros tournament that ended in a 0-0 draw.

And Ed Sheeran was lucky enough to have been at Wembley in London to see the historic England vs Scotland clash on Friday night.

The singer, 30, – who will soon release his first new music in four years – looked like he’d had a great time watching as he left the stadium carrying two bottles of beer.

Ed was flanked by his security team as he left the stadium after watching the match which was also attended by other celebrities including David Beckham, Andy Murray, Mark Wright and Lorraine Kelly.

The star shielded himself from Friday night’s relentless downpours in a blue padded coat and wore his hood up.

He also made sure to put safety first by donning a black face mask as he made his way home.

It comes after earlier this week Ed was seen sporting a rather frightening look as he shared a teaser video for his new single Bad Habits on Instagram.

The singer rocked a hot pink suit, garish make-up and killer nails as he dressed as a vampire in the clip for his first solo track in four years.

Ed went all out for the video, fully embracing the haunting character as he strutted down the street with some gruesome-looking companions, before glaring directly at the camera.

The group walked in slow motion and eerie bell chimes was heard over the clip, with the scene cutting away as each bell tolled.

The Shape Of You hitmaker added to his showstopping look with a crisp white shirt which featured a multicolured stripe down the middle, with Ed also donning pink socks and loafers.

Ed, who sinisterly wiped his mouth with a tissue, also had his auburn locks spiked up and rounded things off with glittery, dark shadows under his eyes.

Captioning the video, he shared that the official full length video will be released this month, writing: ‘Bad Habits official video coming 25th June x.’

Earlier this month, Ed left fans wild with excitement as he and Friends star Courteney Cox played music together in a short clip, with him on the guitar while the actress, 56, played a few notes on the piano.

The video first showed Courteney playing the piano and concentrating on the opening before the camera panned round to include Ed.

He then sang a few notes and played a few more guitar chords before looking back to his friend’s impressive skills on the keys.

Showing their strong friendship, the duo then looked at each other and burst out laughing as the very short clip came to an end.

Leaving fans unsure of what the exciting update will bring, Ed simply captioned the video: ’25th June’.
