Elsa Pataky looks chic in retro bell bottoms as she steps out with her brother Cristian in Byron Bay

Elsa Pataky was all smiles as she stepped out on Byron Bay with her brother Cristian Prieto Medianu and her sister-in-law on Friday. 

The Spanish actress, 44, was also joined by her children, as well as her brother’s brood. 

The Fast Five star looked positively retro in a pair of caramel coloured flared trousers.

She added a loose, brown and white striped wool jumper that she tucked into her pants. 

Elsa had on a pair of sneakers, as well as a beige cap, and carried a number of items in her arms. 

The star went without makeup, showing off her naturally flawless visage, and had her hair bundled under her hat.

Cristian, who also lives near Byron Bay, looked casually chic in a white shirt and dark jeans worn with Converse sneakers.     

The cinematographer was joined by his nurse wife Silvia Serra, the trio appearing cheerful and enjoying the afternoon sunshine.  

Elsa was back in Bryon Bay after spending a lot of time in the big city of late.    

The stunner has been shooting her new action movie Interceptor in Sydney, for streaming service Netflix.

The actress recently told The Sydney Morning Herald that there are downsides to moving from the laid-back seaside enclave of Byron Bay to the big smoke.   

She said: ‘It’s a whole new experience… I can’t dress down as much as I do in Byron Bay – we hope to get back there on the weekends.’   

Elsa added that the couple’s three children will be schooled in the city for the time being. 

Luckily the move to Sydney is only temporary, while Elsa and her husband Chris Hemsworth, 37, work on their separate projects in Sydney.
