Elyse Knowles uses a breast pump in unfiltered photo

Elyse Knowles has never been shy when it comes to showcasing the stark reality of motherhood.

And on Wednesday, the model kept it real by posting a photo of herself using a breast pump to fill two baby bottles with milk.

‘Lunch time is a little different,’ the 28-year-old captioned the selfie.

This isn’t the first time that the former Block star has shared unfiltered posts to document the unglamorous side of being a new mum.

In May, Elyse shared a makeup-free selfie to Instagram while nursing her newborn baby Sunny.

‘P.S. This is reality not those glam photos,’ she captioned the picture.

It comes after the model revealed she was crippled by anxiety following the birth of her baby boy. 

Speaking to Stellar, she said: ‘I got quite anxious leaving home for the first time. My heart was racing. I didn’t know if I could do it.’

‘Having [Sunny], having our dogs and getting out there… And Sunny was screaming in the car and it made me quite scared.’

She added: ‘I found it hard to breathe and I had to tell myself, “It’s fine, what could go wrong? Everyone has babies… you just have to go for it.”

‘It took a couple of times to feel confident. But I’m not going to lie, it was hard at the start.’

Elyse and her fiancé Josh Barker welcomed their first child together on February 25.
