Emmerdale tragedy for Al and Chas as fans 'work out' which villagers die in storm

On Sunday, Emmerdale fans will tune in to watch Kim Tate (played by Claire King) as she gets ready to marry Will Taylor (Dean Andrews). However, the couple’s special day is set to be ruined after a storm hits the village. ITV fans already know that a number of major characters will be killed off as a result of the storm, and they believe they have worked out who.

In the lead-up to Sunday’s showdown, fans have been coming up with their own theories about how the storyline will play out.

Some believe Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) and Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) will be killed off after their affair is exposed.

Others seem to think Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller), who just made his return will also meet his sinister fate.

Taking to social media, Beccy wrote: “Please let the fact that Harriet getting so much focus over the last few weeks be a sign that she’s getting killed off in the storm #emmerdale.”

Jess tweeted: “Oh Ewwww. Can the storm take the pair of them pls? If just Al dies I can’t bear to watch Chas pine over him #Emmerdale.”

User @Retro89 added: “I hope the storm wipes Al and Chas out #Emmerdale.”

“Haha Al yea Aaron smacking that little worm really hope he dies in the storm #emmerdale,” Dan said.

Jamie penned: “Seriously, Paddy. Hope you kill Al and use the storm to cover it up.”

While Alan predicted: “Here’s a prediction now Liv’s departure has been announced. Vinny is one of the fatalities during the storm and after his funeral, Liv leaves with Aaron. #Emmerdale.”

“There are deaths, there’s destruction, but there’s also real moments of intimacy, heartbreak and love.

“We are going to see our characters tested, in not just their physical strength but their emotional strength as well.

“There’s going to be a lot of tears, I must warn you about that, and we will see our community deal with the aftermath of this horrific storm.”

The storm also coincided with Aaron’s return where not only did he find out about his mum’s affair, but he rescued his sister Liv (Isabel Steele) from getting attacked.

Viewers have also been watching Faith Dingle’s (Sally Dexter) tragic cancer storyline unfold.

It has been confirmed that the Dingle favourite will be killed off the soap, but will she end up getting stuck in the storm?

Jane added: “We will go into our storm which has got more than one stunt across the week, and just when you think things can’t get any worse around Emmerdale characters, it really does.

“We end the month on a really big bang which propels us well into the New Year.”

Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV.
