    Erin Holland goes to hospital to get a hand injury treated after falling out of a helicopter and landing hard into water on SAS Australia


    Erin Holland landed hard in a lake after loosing her grip in the helicopter ladder hang challenge in the second episode of SAS Australia.

    And on Friday, she revealed was on her way to hospital to have get a hand injury sustained from that difficult task treated.

    The 32-year-old shared a video on Instagram showing the lump on her hand and explaining how it happened.

    ‘I just thought I’d take you for a little journey with me today. I am going to get my second SAS hand injury sorted,’ she began.

    The former beauty queen recalled: ‘I swear I can still feel it every time I watch that video back.

    She told viewers that she thought she had burst her ear drum after the fall because she couldn’t hear anything, but it was actually blocked with water.

    The cricket host explained that as a result of the fall, she was injured and got a lump on her hand that had become hard.

    She said of the mass: ‘Basically just hurts anytime I put direct pressure on it so off to the hospital now to get it sorted.’
