Ex factor! A look back at how Kim Kardashian and Irina Shayk BOTH romanced sports superstar

Kanye West and Irina Shayk confirmed romance rumors while on a stroll together in Provence, France, where they are staying at the luxury Villa La Coste boutique hotel together.

The new couple’s first sighting comes four months after his estranged wife Kim Kardashian filed for divorce following almost seven years of marriage.

Kim, 40, and Irina, 35, also both famously dated soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, with the mother of four having a brief relationship with him in April 2010 and the model dating him for five years afterwards.

Kim and Cristiano, 36, dated briefly in spring 2010 following her split from NFL star Reggie Bush.

The reality star and the soccer player were spotted in Madrid, Spain in mid-April 2010 where they were reportedly kissing over lunch at La Dorado.

At the time, Us Weekly magazine confirmed the reported with an inside source, also revealing that they were ‘very affectionate’ over their meal.

While there are no pictures of Cristiano and Kim together, the duo were seen each leaving the eatery separately and then heading to his home, where she stayed there for several hours, per the outlet.

Their insider said that the couple had met in LA after the professional athlete heard she watched him play in Spain. 

It is not known how long the duo were together. 

Interestingly enough, Kim and Cristiano were finally seen together – although it occurred six years after their brief relationship.

Kim and Cristiano and their respective parties were next to each other at a Jennifer Lopez concert in Las Vegas in August 2016.

Kim was with her pals, including former bestie Larsa Pippen while the soccer plan had his friends with him and a private security guard. 

Cristiano was dancing in his seat while Kim bobbed her body in her chair. 

They did not speak to each other during the concert. 

Irina and Cristiano began dating in 2010, however the timeline is not clear. It appears to be right after Kim and Cristiano went their separate ways following their brief fling.

The duo allegedly met at the start of the year via a campaign for Armani Exchange but things took a romantic turn in May when they went on a yacht trip together.

One month later, Cristiano welcomed a son with a mystery woman – Cristiano Ronaldo Jr.

Irina and Cristiano got engaged in 2011, with the model showing off her ring in November of that same year.

In 2012, the good looking couple posed for a racy snap for the cover of Vogue Spain, with the soccer player completely naked.

By January 2015 the couple split after five years together.

After their split, Irina began dating movie star Bradley Cooper, whom she shares four-year-old daughter Lea De Seine with.

Irina and Bradley began seeing each other in 2015 and moved quickly with their relationship, as they welcomed Lea two years after they initially met.

Although the two were often spotted together in public over the next few years, their relationship came to an end in 2019.

Cooper and Shayk have remained on good terms, and the actor moved to New York City in order to be closer to his daughter and former girlfriend.  

Kanye and Irina were seen taking a romantic stroll in Provence, France, on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, as seen in exclusive images obtained by DailyMail.com. 

The duo are staying at the luxury Villa La Costa boutique hotel together.

The images come just one day after Kanye celebrated his 44th birthday, with estranged wife even wishing him a happy birthday via her Instagram.

In the pictures, Kanye, 44, and Irina, 35, are seen very comfortable with each other as they stop to take a few pictures together.

The duo are snapped grinning ear to ear during their stroll together at Chateau La Coste Art Center.  

The images come after Kanye was first romantically linked to Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, 35, according to DeuxMoi.

‘Kanye West is now secretly dating Irina Shayk aka Bradley Cooper’s baby mama,’ a tipster wrote in last month. 

The anonymous figure behind DeuxMoi replied to the tip with: ‘After further looking into this, I don’t know if “dating” is the right word, but there is perhaps some interest there.’

Seeming to double down on earlier ‘dating claims,’ another tipster insisted to DeuxMoi that Irina and Kanye ”Def dating.’

Though the pairing may appear random to some, Irina and Kanye have been connected for more than a decade.

Back in 2010, the runway maven was a featured player in West’s Heaven-inspired Power music video, where she portrayed an angel.

Specifically, Shayk sported a revealing gold getup and a pair of CGI angel wings.

Just two years later, the Russian-born beauty put her modeling skills to the test as she graced the runway for West’s Fall/Winter fashion collection at Paris Fashion Week.

Another link between the pair occurred as recent as last month, with Irina having sported a DMX shirt designed by West in collaboration with Balenciaga. 

Kanye’s nearly seven year marriage to Kim Kardashian came to an end in February, with the reality TV sensation filing for divorce.

According to People, the Stronger rapper filed his response for divorce in early April, where he asked for joint legal and physical custody of their children. 

The estranged pair share daughters North, seven, Chicago, three, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, two. 

After her February filing, Kim and the children have continued to stay at their $60 million Hidden Hills mansion she previously shared with Kanye. 

In last week’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim finally admitted that her marriage to Kanye was over in the penultimate episode.

While she keeps her relationship fairly removed from KUWTK, Kim played out some of the split in the latest episode as she confirmed the end.

Kim upon arrival hated on a platter of cookies and stated: ‘I just want to go to my room and never come out’.

In her confessional, Khloe explained: ‘Kim has been struggling privately behind camera about her relationship… 

‘And it’s tough because Kim is clearly redirecting so much of her frustration and sadness and anger, and you know, sometimes you just take things out on something that has nothing to do with what you’re going through. It’s not the cookies fault’.

Khloe in a spacious living room then asked Kim how she was doing with Kanye. Kim said: ‘There’s no fighting. Like, now, it’s all calm. I just roll with it.’

Khloe spilled in a confessional that Kim was dealing with a lot because she and Kanye had a ‘big fight’ before they left on the trip. 

Black-and-white footage showed Kim crying while surrounded by her sisters including Kourtney, 42, Kendall Jenner, 25, and Kylie Jenner, 23 in the aftermath of the argument with Kanye. 

‘I just, like, honestly can’t do this anymore,’ Kim wept after saying she was ‘stuck’ while Kanye moves to a ‘different state every year’.

‘I think he deserves someone that can go support his every move. And go follow him all over the place and move to Wyoming. I can’t do that…

‘He should have a wife that supports his every move and travels with him and does everything, and I can’t,’ Kim said as Kylie wiped away tears. 

‘I feel like a f***ing failure that it’s, like, a third f***ing marriage. Yeah, I feel like a f***king loser,’ Kim cried as her sisters tried to console her.

Kim said she couldn’t think that way because she wanted to be happy.

Khloe back in Tahoe told Kim that she could always talk to her about whatever.

‘There’s, like, honestly nothing to talk about. I mean, I won’t live with, like the fighting stuff. Like if it was constant,’ Kim told her. 

Kim and Kanye were friends for years, with Kim even marrying Kris Humphries in 2011 and divorcing him 72 days later during their friendship.

Kim and Kanye became romantic in spring 2012 and got married on May 24, 2014 in Florence, Italy after enjoying celebrations in Paris, France.
