‘Tate is six months today and I’m unsure if it’s been the quickest six months or the longest six months of my life but I’ve loved every second of it with him… Well, nearly every second of it… Well, definitely most of the seconds with him,’ he wrote.

‘Only good thing about our lockdown is spending every day with him and watching him grow and to finally realise that I have been speaking fluent child my whole life. I knew I had a skill somewhere and I know you can’t read this but happy half bday [birthday] son’.

Dane also shared a series of adorable photos of himself with his young son, showing off their close bond.
