Former Bachelor star Sophie Tieman reveals she and her fiancé Joe have bought a property together

She’s the Bachelor alumni who once had her heart broken by Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins. 

But Sophie Tieman, 27, has come a long way since her TV debut in 2018.

She became engaged to her fiancé Joe in December last year, and on Saturday the pair confirmed they have purchased their first home together.

Posting to her Instagram, Sophie shared a photograph of the couple locking lips while standing in front of their new property.

‘WE FOUND IT #NewHome,’ Sophie captioned the picture of the picturesque home, which was tagged as being located in Sydney.

In December, the former reality star announced her engagement to her low profile beau, Joe.

During an Instagram Q&A session, the reality star revealed that the moment happened on while they were at their local beach.  

We were walking along the boardwalk of the ocean, there’s barely any one around ’cause it’s so early, then he just stops,’ she began. 

‘He dropped the bag that had all our towels and things in it, and he grabbed both of my hands and started telling me about the love between us two, then he got down on one knee and pulled out a box.’

Sophie admitted that she went through a rollercoaster of emotions before saying ‘yes’. 

‘It was so beautiful, I was nervous and excited and happy, and I can’t even explain the emotions I went through when he was on one knee,’ she added.

Sophie then revealed that Joe’s brother had been ‘hiding in a bush’ taking photos of the big moment.

Sophie and Joe went public with their romance in March 2019, and they have kept their relationship relatively under wraps since. 

A year earlier in 2018, Sophie made it to the final two on Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummin’s season of The Bachelor alongside Brittany Hockley.

Both ladies were dumped by the rugby star in what became a shocking first for the Australian franchise.

Since appearing on The Bachelor in 2018, Sophie shunned the limelight to return to her day job as a commercial property valuer.

Low key: Sophie and Joe went public with their romance in March 2019, and they have kept their relationship relatively under wraps since
