He added: ‘It’s getting out of control and the worst part is when your own family no longer recognise you. I can go from a 9 to a 3. (had to rate myself a good nine)’

Jad then admitted he was, ‘two days away from having a “Britney Spears moment” and shaving his head again or having his mother cut it.

He then asked his followers a ‘serious question’.

‘If a barber meets me outside in the park. He’s got a mask on and I’m sitting with a dumbbell in my hand doing the occasional bicep curl while he starts snipping away.

‘Surely I’ll get away with it right?’

This comes after Jad recently sparked controversy by sharing COVID-19 vaccine views.

‘I’m sick and tired of people trying to throw it in your face to get vaccinated,’ he wrote on Instagram.

He then said he wouldn’t be getting vaccinated ‘at this present time’ and added that he would rather people ‘respect each other’s choices’.

It’s unknown if the 36-year-old has changed his mind since the recent Sydney outbreak as 97 infections were recorded today.

The vaccines approved for use in Australia have been tested extensively in clinical trials and are proven to be safe.

Adverse side effects, such as the blood clotting associated with the AstraZeneca jab, are incredibly rare.

It is unknown if his opinions about vaccines will put his role on Gogglebox, which he shoots with his friends Sarah Marie and Matty Fahd, in jeopardy.
