    House of the Dragon will take place around 300 years before the Game of Thrones series, which ended in 2019. 

    And the star-studded cast were pictured on the set of the highly anticipated fantasy drama television series in Derbyshire, England on Friday.  

    Graham McTavish, who is yet to confirm his role in the prequel, donned full battle armour on horseback, while Olivia Cooke wore a period costume inside a horse-drawn carriage.

    Graham, 60, certainly stood out in his metallic silver armour while on horseback. 

    The Scottish actor told Stylist in May that he’s yet to reveal anything about his character.

    ‘They’re lovely people. It’s great, but I can’t tell you too much. I can’t tell you really anything about the story! But it involves a lot of dragons,’ he said.
