    EXCLUSIVE: Human Nature’s Andrew Tierney reveals he is finally starting to get his sense of smell back after contracting coronavirus

    Human Nature singers, and brothers, Andrew and Mike Tierney have given fans an update on their health as they continue to recover from Covid-19. 

    Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Andrew confirmed he is yet to make a full recovery. 

    ‘The only thing that’s really lingered for me was my sense of smell returning completely,’ Andrew, 46, said.

    ‘I still don’t think it has completely come back, which is a weird side effect to think that was affected at all by the virus is kind of crazy.’

    The father-of-one explained that besides his loss of smell he hasn’t had any underlying lung issues or lingering effects. 

    Meanwhile, Mike, 44, said he was feeling fine, and that his side effects only lasted several days.

    It comes as the Australian group, which also include members Toby Allen and Phil Burton, celebrated their milestone 30 years together in 2019.

    Speaking of their success in the industry, Mike said he was humbled and beyond grateful people still appreciate their music.

    ‘I never want to take that for granted because some artists have one hit and go away,’ he explained.

    Mike continued: ‘We’ve had a career for over thirty plus years and still able to make new music and have people hear it.’

    The group are currently playing regional shows before they kick off their national tour in August.
