The NBA season kicked off Tuesday night and the Los Angeles Lakers took the court at the Staples Center for a star-studded home opener.

Lakers superfan Jack Nicholson, 84, was back sitting courtside after being away from live, in-person games for more than a year.

The octogenarian used to be a mainstay at Lakers games but has taken an extended break from enjoying live games amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Nicolson appeared relaxed and ready to route for the home team in baggy black pants, a brown Lacoste T-shirt and a black jacket.

In his signature topaz tinted sunglasses, the One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest actor was met with a hoard of fans begging for autographs as he walked into the arena.

He was joined by his look-a-like son Ray, 29, who has frequently attended Lakers games with Jack over the years.

The last time Nicholson was spotted at a game was in January of 2020.

He’s a well-known supported of the Los Angeles Lakers and has held season tickets since 1970.

In the past 25 years, his season tickets were coveted courtside seats next to the visiting team’s bench.

Nicholson was one of many big names in Hollywood who stepped out to, unfortunately, watch the Lakers lose to the Golden State Warriors 121-114.

Adele made a rare public appearance, ahead of the release of her next studio album, alongside her beau Rich Paul.

The 33-year-old singer also sat courtside and had a basketball expert by her side as her 39-year-old sports agent boyfriend famously represented Lebron James.

Adele slipped her trim figure into a pair of skintight brown vinyl trousers and a matching top with a plunging neckline.

She was spotted at one point hiding her face with her purse to coverup singing along to her own music.

Her golden blonde hair was parted to one side and styled in voluminous curls. She enhanced her natural beauty by rocking some fierce winged eyeliner and her signature mauve lip.

The duo were likely routing for the Warriors as Paul happens to manage Golden State star Draymond Green, who often plays at the power forward position for the San Francisco-based team.

Justin Bieber and his longtime mentor Usher were also able to snag courtside seats to Tuesday night’s NBA season opening game in Los Angeles.

Before the start of the game, Kevin Hart wandered over to Justin and Usher to engage in some friendly conversation.

Other game attendees included Floyd Mayweather, Kid Cudi, James Corden, Saweetie, Rich The Kid, and Lil Wayne.
