And James ‘Arg’ Argent showed of his four stone weight loss on Friday as he attended the filming of TOWIE pals Tommy Mallett and Georgia Kousoulou’s TV show finale at Hutton Hall in Brentwood, Essex.
The TV personality, 33, looked happy and healthier as he rocked a jazzy blue shirt at the event, which was also a party to celebrate the arrival of Tommy and Georgia’s newborn son Brody Fordham.

James appeared in good sprits as he soaked up the sun at the bash, teaming his navy top with stone coloured trousers and dark brown loafers.
The musician was also seen carrying a light blue shirt and a rucksack, which is no doubt his change of outfit as he and his group, The Arg Band, were due to perform at the event and will appear on the show.
James flashed a warm smile as he made his way inside the grand abode, where he was joined by a plethora of TOWIE stars past and present including Saffron Lempriere and ex cast members Chloe Ross and Amber Dowding.

The ladies looked particularly pleased to be at the event as they smiled and laughed while showing off their chic ensembles.
Meanwhile, new parents Tommy and Georgia looked every inch the proud mum and dad as they prepared to host the welcoming party for their son.
James’ outing comes after he discussed slimming down after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery, saying he is ‘pleased’ with his progress.

The former TOWIE star talked about his weight and losing four stone during an appearance on Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch last month, where he showed his slimmer figure.
He reflected: ‘I’m four stone lighter now. It’s a really good start. Four stone out of 11 or 12 might seem like a drop in the ocean but I’m pleased I’ve made progress already.
‘I feel so much happier already, I feel healthier already, I’m lighter on my toes, I’m more confident. I’m really loving life at the moment.’

James also spoke about how weighing 27 stone prior to his surgery, saying he ‘felt horrible’ during the period.
He explained: ‘It felt horrible, I was always extremely uncomfortable, I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror.
‘It felt depressing and it just wasn’t me. Now I’m starting to feel like myself again and I’m excited about what the future is going to bring.’

The reality star went on: ‘It was scary being 27 stone… It was serious, doctors were telling me how dangerous it was… I knew it was something I had to address pretty quickly.’
Arg is currently on a mission to lose six stone by Christmas after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery.
James reportedly hopes to ‘lose at least a stone every month between now and 2022’ and will enlist the help of close friend and fitness fanatic Mark Wright.

Mark, 34, has told James ‘he can join him over the gym anytime he likes’.
A source told The Sun: ‘It’s a lot but he’s determined to do it because he is feeling so much healthier following his operation. He’s been getting a lot of support from Mark.’
Mark has reportedly been offering James not only exercise advise but also tips for following a healthy eating regime, and James is set to take Mark on on his offer and join him in the gym ‘soon’.
Earlier this year, Arg took to Instagram to share a snap of himself wrapped in a towel while at a lido as he explained to fans how he’s taking care of himself after surgery.
He penned: ‘It is extremely important that I continue to take good care of myself not just physically but mentally as well, After such a big operation & life change!’
