Jennifer Garner rides her bike with her son… while ex Ben Affleck packs on the PDA with JLo

Jennifer Garner enjoyed some quality time with her son Samuel, nine, on Sunday, after her ex-husband Ben Affleck made his first red carpet appearance with Jennifer Lopez at the Venice Film Festival. 

The actress, 49, appeared in high spirits as she headed on a bike ride with Samuel through the Los Angeles district of Brentwood.

Jennifer cut a casual figure in a grey slogan T-shirt and navy shorts for the outing.

The 13 Going On 30 star opted for comfort with a pair of black trainers, while Samuel donned a matching T-shirt to his mother and green joggers.  

Samuel seemed to be making the most of the sunshine as they went exploring without his sisters Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12. 

While Jen’s ex-husband Ben has gone public with his relationship with J-Lo, 52, the actress has been much more private about her reunion with her on-again-off-again boyfriend, John Miller.

John was first linked to Jennifer in 2018, when they began dating shortly after she finalized her divorce to Ben.  

Meanwhile in Venice, Ben made his first red carpet appearance with J-Lo for the premiere of his film The Last Duel at the Venice Film Festival on Friday.

Jennifer wowed in a low-cut white dress with a silver detail along the plunging neckline.

Sporty: The 13 Going On 30 star opted for comfort with a pair of black trainers and wore a helmet for her bike ride 

The stunner also showcased her legs in the high-slit number, adding silver heels. Ben cut a suave figure in a black and white suit with a bow tie. 

In mid-May, Jennifer spent some time in Los Angeles with Ben, according to a source from People. 

The couple went Instagram official with their relationship in July while on a European holiday in honor of her 52nd birthday.

Ben and Jen first started dating in 2002 after meeting on set of Gigli.

They soon became engaged and were set to get married in September 2003, but postponed their wedding and eventually broke up in January 2004. 

The couple’s relationship came as a shock to fans, heating up again nearly 17 years after their failed engagement.  

Jennifer confirmed the end of her relationship with Alex Rodriguez, a former New York Yankee, in April after the pair dated for four years and were engaged for two years. 

Affleck and Garner have maintained a healthy co-parenting relationship since ending their nearly decade-long marriage in 2015. Their divorce was finalized in 2018.
