The condo has a total of 1,612 square feet.

It has been nicely updated with wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and recessed lighting. The kitchen is small but open air.

There is also smart home technology linking all electronic systems like the lighting that includes a Schonbek chandelier, and black-out shades.

The new owner will certainly need shade considering the apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Big Apple skyline.

Jonathan’s decision to move to Florida might have had something to do with him and his mother Galina being allegedly robbed at gunpoint in New Jersey on August 1.

Cheban described how his $250K Richard Mille watch was forcibly removed off his wrist during the April 8th episode of the E! reality show, now in its 20th and final season.

The Hofstra University grad has appeared on KUWTK as far back as 2009 when he met Kim Kardashian ‘by chance’ at a birthday party.

Cheban also told Page Six at the time over the alleged robbery: ‘I can’t be there. It’s very traumatic to be there. I want to sell my apartment in New York for sure because I can’t imagine living there again.’

During the incident, Cheban slammed Mayor Bill de Blasio for his lack of action over a recent spike in armed robberies, among Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

‘Daytime, nighttime, afternoon, Midtown, Uptown, Downtown, the mayor has destroyed the city,’ he told the outlet. ‘It’s depressing. It’s scary. I was on edge before, but now I’m even more on edge, obviously.

He added: ‘I’m just confused as to how they’re allowing this to happen,’ he said. ‘I just cannot believe [New Yorkers] would vote for this idiot two times.’

Additionally, the star is grappling on how to cope after the ‘horrifying’ and ‘definitely a life-changing experience.’

Jonathan legally changed his name to Foodgod in 2019 after being bestowed with the nickname by Kim’s estranged third husband, 22-time Grammy winner Kanye West.

In August Cheban party-hopped from Jake Paul’s bash at LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau to Victoria Beckham’s 47th birthday bash at a David Grutman-owned restaurant.

The reality TV star showcases foodie porn to his captive combined 10.3M social media following and he sells Foodgod Truffle Ketchup off his website.
