The media outlet stated that Chappelle, Schumer, Ellen DeGeneres, Amy Wolf, and James Corden have all been enlisted to support the reality TV star as she dives into her new endeavor.
The seasoned vets have been giving the SKIMS founder tips regarding comedic rhythm and what to include in the famous opening monologue delivered by every host.
Kim – who is hosting SNL for the first time – has also reportedly received advice from ex Kanye West about taking on the hosting role, as the rapper has previously appeared on the show.

On Friday a source told DailyMail.com exclusively: ‘Kim is really apprehensive about it and wants people there she trusts who can have her back and make her feel like this is a fun experience and not some massive hurdle.’
The insider also shared that Kim, 40, is a bit worried all will not go well as she takes the famed stage at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, which has been graced by comedic giants such as Melissa McCarthy and Eddie Murphy.
‘She really hopes she does not bomb, but if she does she will just laugh it off. So she wants a team with her to help her laugh,’ said the source.
And it was added that the gig is a longtime dream for the KKW Beauty and Fragrance mogul.
‘Hosting SNL is on her bucket list and she’s going for it, she is not going to let her nerves get the best of her,’ added the insider.
Kim has been taking a lot of risks lately; also this year she has voiced an animated character in the Paw Patrol movie.
