Kristen Bell dares to bare in purple bikini with white mittens, socks and slippers during cryotherapy session
She revealed this week that she and husband Dax Shepard go to solo therapy sessions where they ‘talk s*** about each other.’
And on Wednesday, Kristen Bell shared more revealing details about her life in a post on her Instagram Story.
The Frozen star shared a video clip of her first cryotherapy session in which she experienced minus 169 degrees Fahrenheit.

For the session, Bell wore a purple bikini along with large white mittens and white tube socks with slippers.
A wide white headband kept her hair back from her face and she had on a black face mask.
‘Cyro character work,’ she wrote over the short video clip, before adding: ‘I’m only here for the health benefits.’

Bell, 40, has been married to Shepard, 46, also an actor, since 2013.
The couple have two daughters aged eight and six together.
During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Bell told guest host Chelsea Handler that therapy helped her and her husband let off steam.

‘At the beginning of the pandemic we were at each other’s throats and then all the doors locked in our house,’ she explained. ‘We had to stay inside and we were like ‘woof! We need to get a handle on the annoyances.’
The actress continued: ‘The reality is if you’re living with one human being, I don’t care if it’s your partner, your husband, your wife or your roommate, you need to brush up on your toolbox because you will find that person annoying.’
As for their solo trips to the therapist, Bell declared: ‘It’s been great… When you have a third party moderating any disagreement, it’s always the safer place.’
