Between prepping for the role and filming, the Los Angeles native revealed that she found Princess Diana very relatable.

‘I think also what she represented so viscerally is this reflection. It was the first time that anyone imbedded in this Royal Institution ever felt like somebody who they could be. It wasn’t based on fake dreams… she provided a dream that just felt real.’

Larraín would also join the actress on stage for the panel, where he talked about his experience making the film, which dropped in the US and the UK on November 5.
