And on Sunday, the actress slipped into promo mode in support of the biographical psychological drama at the Deadline Contenders Film: Los Angeles event at the DGA Theater Complex.
During her appearance, the Twilight leading lady laid out her thought process that went into taking on the role of such a global icon like Diana Spencer, Princess Of Wales, all while showing off her unique sense of style.

Stewart, 31, went with a chic but cool look in the fashion department when she stepped out on the red carpet in a brown pinstripe suit.
Giving the combo a personal touch, she paired it with a plunging white tank top and a pair of black leather Doc Martens shoes.
And in keeping with her penchant for the edgy, the actress had her long dyed blonde locks styled slightly unkempt, with her dark roots proudly showing.
At one point, she shared the spotlight of the red carpet with Larraín, who chose a more casual ensemble of blue jeans and a black button-down shirt.

After striking a number of poses for photographers, Stewart would make her way inside for a Q-and-A panel, where she shared about her connection to her real-life character, Princess Diana.
‘I’m not somebody who had a super developed relationship with her as a figure, or the royal family as a whole thing, but I wouldn’t have played this part unless I loved her,’ the Twilight leading lady confessed.
‘It’s so easy to do that, it’s so immediate.’

Larraín would also join the actress on stage for the panel, where he talked about his experience making the film, which dropped in the US and the UK on November 5.
