‘It’s live, it happens, once you’ve said it it’s done. No one else can edit it out.’

He explained that TV opportunities – with shows like Australian Idol and X-Factor – were exciting, but pointed out the TV production process frustrated him.

‘It was fun, Idol was fun, X-Factor was fun. All those shows, but it takes forever (to film). One hour of Idol, it take four days non-stop filming,’ he said.

‘And then someone else decides what’s funny. That’s what I didn’t like, that someone editing. I’d watch and I think “oh, I said something that I thought was better that, but someone else has edited it”,’ he added.

No way! Kyle went on to reveal that he was asked to join Channel Ten's I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! but said it was something he would 'never do'. Recalling a call with one of the show's producers, he said: 'They offered me $1.4million to go over to the jungle and I said no'

He then went on to reveal that he was asked to join Channel Ten’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! but said it was something he would ‘never do’.

Recalling a call with one of the show’s producers, he said: ‘Like “do you want to go and sit in the jungle for three weeks with Casey Donovan and eat worms?” No! I do not want to do this thing.

He continued: ‘I’ll give you one million dollars, I said no,’ leaving Samantha shocked at the offer.

‘They offered me $1.4million to go over to the jungle and I said no, and then they gave Warnie (Shane Warne) $2million and I was like “oh well, f*** you forever”,’ he added.

‘They offered me a million for three weeks work. But there’s no way I’m going to do that. I’d rather not do it,’ he said of the offer to join I’m A Celebrity.

The shock jock added that he also chose to decline the offer because he was busy with radio survey and did not want to fly ‘all the way’ to Africa.
