EXCLUSIVE: Liam Payne is renting pop star pal Rita Ora’s £3.25million home in west London with fiancée Maya Henry – after putting his Surrey mansion up for sale

Liam Payne is renting pop star pal Rita Ora’s £3.25million home in west London with his fiancée Maya Henry – after putting his Surrey mansion up for sale.

The former One Direction singer, 28, moved into Rita’s luxury penthouse with model Maya, 22, last month and now has David and Victoria Beckham for neighbours.

Rita, 30, has lent her home to Liam while his £6.5million property that he once shared with ex-Cheryl, 38, who’s the mother of his son Bear, four, is on the market, and she resides at her north London address.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Liam and Maya have been renting Rita’s home for at least a month now.

‘They love living together and being in London, attending events, and spending time with friends.

‘It’s thought their friend Vas J Morgan helped to arrange the deal between them and Rita so he’s often a guest at their place.’

Representatives for Liam and Rita declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline.

It was reported in September that Liam put his former property with Cheryl, which boasts a cinema and gym on the market for £6.5million. Liam first moved into the five-bed mansion in 2015 and now hopes to make a £1.5million profit.

The singer hinted in 2019 his sexy performances with close pal Rita to promote their Fifty Shades track For You caused problems between himself and Cheryl after he revealed the duet ‘didn’t do very much for my personal life.’

His current relationship with American model Maya is stronger than ever after the couple got back together in August following a brief split earlier this year.

At the beginning of November, Maya was pictured with her £3million engagement ring from Liam back on, after removing it during their breakup.

Liam renting Rita’s property comes after it was revealed this week that his management has dropped the former 1D star amid fears over his ‘party lifestyle.’

The father-of-one signed with top agency KIN when he went solo in 2016 but have now parted ways after Liam’s post boy band career stalled.

A source told The Sun: ‘There are concerns right now for Liam because he isn’t committed to anything and is spiralling a bit.

‘His management were at the end of their tether and said enough is enough. They didn’t know what else could do to help him.’
