Lily Allen shows off her toned physique in crop top as she squeezes in a gym session before show

Lily Allen shared an insight into her workout regime on Instagram on Friday, ahead of her West End performance. 

The singer, who is starring in 2:22 A Ghost Story, managed to squeeze in a gym session and took to her social media platform to document it. 

It comes after Lily hit back at skinny-shamers in July saying people have ‘never seen me sober, not smoking and exercising every day’, after receiving a number of comments expressing concerns about her weight.

Lily showed off her slender physique in a green crop top and black leggings which she teamed with white trainers as she worked up a sweat.

Lily burnt off the calories with lunges before moving on to work on her upper body strength with pull ups.    

Later in the day, a beaming Lily left the Noel Coward Theatre theatre after another successful performance of 2:22 A Ghost Story.

The LDN hitmaker showed off her sense of style in a polo neck knitted jumper which was cropped, teasing a glimpse of her toned waist. 

She teamed the look with black trousers and leopard print trainers. 

Lily appeared in high spirits as she stopped to sign autographs who had waited patiently at the stage door to meet her.

Lily’s production, which opened at Noel Coward Theatre on August 3, received high praise from critics who praised the ‘macabre playfulness’ of the production and Allen’s stellar stage presence.

Lily plays the character Jenny in the supernatural thriller about four friends caught up in a night of high tension.

She is joined on stage by former EastEnders star Jake Wood, City Of Angels actor Hadley Fraser and Julia Chan of Silent House.
