Lying out in her back garden, Lizzie also sported a pair of shades as she prepared to put on some sun lotion.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘If you’ve got the time I’ve got the lotion!! … I’ve earned my stripes !!
‘That’s why I’m having a quick break and lie down from doing my podcasts and radio shows today. Enjoy the glorious sunshine darlings.’
Lizzie is currently preparing to launch a new vegetarian cookbook after embracing a meat free diet during lockdown.
