Married At First Sight bride Alana Lister shared a bizarre ‘inspirational’ message with her followers on Thursday.
The 30-year-old school teacher posted a video to Instagram, telling her fans to ‘stop worrying about the opinions of others because we are all going to die’.
‘Just a friendly reminder that you are all going to die. Everybody is. So stop worrying so much about the opinions of people,’ she said.

‘Nobody is even guaranteed tomorrow so stop thinking that what people say about you matters because nothing matters when we’re all dead anyway.’
She went on to say: ‘Don’t let these people’s opinions mess with the one life that you have.’
Alana’s post comes after she addressed rumours that she was in talks to be the next Bachelorette.

She told Yahoo she was interested in the role but was still under contract at Nine.
‘I don’t even know if they’re casting The Bachelorette right now anyway, but legally I don’t think I could do it in general because of my contract,’ she said.
She added that it would be difficult for her to eliminate the contestants at the rose ceremonies because she’s ‘really empathetic’.

‘I’m really empathetic it’d be hard for me to kind of pick the guys out and kick them out but I mean, I would give it a go,’ she said.
