Married At First Sight’s Bryce Ruthven and fiancée Melissa Rawson have continued to visit their twin sons after they were born 10 weeks premature.

And on Tuesday, doting dad Bryce, 32, updated his followers on the babies’ conditions as they remain in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

He shared a clip of himself alongside son Tate in his incubator and wrote in the caption: ‘A win for Tate this morning.’

‘He’s now off his CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) and breathing all by himself and has had his IV cannula removed.

‘What a little champion,’ the proud father wrote.

He also shared that Levi was free from his CPAP as well, but noted that he still ‘has his IV cannula in as a precaution.’

‘Little legend,’ the former radio host said of his boy.

Earlier today, Melissa shared sweet post along with new photos of her sons, Levi and Tate.

In the images, the tiny boys were seen holding their mother’s finger. She wrote in the caption: ‘Our lives changed forever. Our beautiful twin boys, Levi and Tate Ruthven entered this world 10 weeks earlier than expected.

‘Our love for them is greater than anything we could have ever imagined and while these next 9 weeks are going to be agony as the battle their way through NICU and SCN, I cannot wait for that moment where they are in my arms on their way home.’

Bryce told New Idea on Monday they wanted to choose names that were ‘modern’ and ‘promoted positivity’ after the boys were born 10 weeks premature.

‘We wanted unique names that had a modern feel to them. We also wanted names that promote positivity for them and our new family,’ he explained.

‘Levi means “harmony among others” and Tate means “cheerful” so it suits them perfectly.’

Melissa added that Levi and Tate were their favourite names from the very start of the baby-naming process.

‘We had other names in mind, but we always came back to those two,’ she said.
