Married At First Sight's Michael Brunelli gets down on one knee for girlfriend Martha Kalifatidis

They have long been the subject of engagement rumours ever since they met and fell in love on Married At First Sight.

And cheeky MAFS couple Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli sent fans into a meltdown on Monday night when they teased a proposal.

Michael posted a picture of himself down on bended knee while holding his stunning girlfriend’s hand.

He wrote in the caption ‘She said yes… to vlogging her entire 30 day challenge on TikTok’.

Of course he was referring to his training program ‘Tru Fit by Michael’ – a 30 Day Challenge the personal trainer offers online.

Michael and Martha were filming workouts and doing a photo shoot for his business and posted the fun shoot on their Instagram pages.

Martha showed off her stunning curves in a pair of black leggings and a matching crop top by Stax and boosted her height with a pair of high-top white sneakers. ]  

Earlier this year, Martha, 32, is sick of people asking her when she and her boyfriend Michael, 30, will be getting married for real and when they plan to start a family. 

The former makeup artist turned influencer made the admission during a candid Q&A with fans on Wednesday.

‘Are you bored of people asking when you are getting married and having kids?’ one fan asked Martha.

Martha answered yes, then explained why. 

Alongside a black and white shot of herself topless, she wrote: ‘I think it’s really inappropriate.’

‘I think it’s really inappropriate unless you are really close to the person. You just never really know what others are going through.’

She added: ‘Especially when it comes to asking about starting a family.’ 

Martha and Michael fell in love on season six of Married At First Sight back in 2019.

It comes after the pair opened up about their relationship in an unfiltered interview with Stellar on Friday last week. 

‘I think it’s really inappropriate unless you are really close to the person. You just never really know what others are going through.’ She added: ‘Especially when it comes to asking about starting a family’

The pair admitted they weren’t each other’s type when they first met at the altar two years ago – and Martha, 32, even accused her boyfriend, 30, of being a Tinder lothario in the past.

‘I feel like you dated everything that had a heartbeat on Tinder,’ she told Michael during the chat.

Martha then took another cheeky swipe, saying her partner had ‘low standards’ when he was single.

‘When I met Michael, his thumbs were actually flat from using Tinder so much. His standards were so low,’ she said.

Despite their cheeky banter, Michael revealed their relationship was going from strength to strength and it ‘couldn’t be better’.

They have remained together ever since filming wrapped on the 2019 season, and in October celebrated their two-year anniversary.
