She dressed up as Vivian Ward wearing the iconic white and blue mini dress with black fish net suspenders and had the red locks curled just like Julia.

In one of the images on her grid she had a strawberry in her mouth and and a glass of bubbly in her hand – in keeping with the film’s theme and alluding to the scene where Richard Gere’s character shares the combination with Julia’s character.

Megan, who now has an OnlyFans account, continued in the caption: ‘When I spoke openly on Love Island 3 years ago about being a stripper, I was shamed for it.

‘I was shamed by friends and those in my local area too. Contrary to stereotypes of sex workers being addicts, ‘sl*ts’ and people with no hope, I had a completely different experience.

‘These women and myself were choosing to make money this way. We believed and still do believe that we should be the ones making decisions on what we do with OUR bodies. Freedom of choice is a crucial element of feminism that people often overlook.

‘With these women, a true sisterhood was formed, and we supported and cared for one another and looked out for each other.

‘This year, I’ve spoken increasingly openly about the liberation of sex workers given the popularity of OnlyFans and the debate around exclusive content sites, so this year, I am honouring myself and all sex workers with a Vivian Ward outfit.

Speaking to MailOnline, Megan said: ‘Since losing weight my implants looked uneven not how they did in Love Island and I wanted a correction.

‘I want to be honest open and transparent with my followers not set unrealistic expectations.

‘There’s no shame in surgery if it makes you happy and you’ve researched a good trusted surgeon and know the risks.’

Megan’s surgery was carried out by Dr Paul Harris who she praised as one of the best surgeons in the UK.

She added: ‘Hopefully me actually sharing it will make girls feel it’s nothing to be embarrassed of.’
