Miriam Margolyes claimed she guessed Phillip Schofield’s sexuality prior to his coming out as she believed he was ‘a bit camp’.
During an appearance on This Morning on Tuesday, the Harry Potter actress, 80, lauded Phillip, 59, for coming out last year, as she praised the host for his ‘bravery’ before detailing her own relationship with Heather Sutherland.
She said: ‘You’re very brave too because you came out. I sort of thought you might be gay when I met you because you’re a bit camp. And I’m a bit camp too.’
