Model Nikki Phillips announces she's pregnant with her third child

Nikki Phillips revealed she’s expecting her third child in an excitable post on Instagram on Thursday.

The 38-year-old model shared a photo of herself holding up her positive pregnancy test while cradling her emerging baby bump alongside her two sons Jett, four, and Luca, two, who she shares with husband Dane Rumble. 

‘INCOMING THE THIRD AMIGO. Excited to announce we have one in the oven. Yes, we took #iso baking very seriously,’ she captioned the post.

She added the hashtags: ‘#partyoffive #clearbluepartner #herewegoagain #comingsoon’.

Nikki later shared a video of herself and her family running out to get more pregnancy tests after the positive result.

In a blog post on By Nikki Phillips in May 2017, the New Zealand-born beauty spoke candidly about suffering three miscarriages before finally having a viable pregnancy.

‘After two years of trying and three miscarriages I thought it was never meant to happen for us and also couldn’t help think, what is wrong with me!’ she wrote. 

‘But pregnancy is the hardest race of all and if miscarriages are so common, why does no one talk about it?’

Nikki said she had ‘never felt more alone’ after suffering three miscarriages, despite having fallen ‘pregnant immediately’.

‘My heart was broken and I was so low, but life continues as does work and putting on a brave face masked the pain,’ she continued.

‘It’s the most emotional rollercoaster I have ever been on. From extreme highs to devastating lows.’
