The beginning of the clip sees Rebecca exit a chauffeur-driven car and head towards fireworks alongside fellow actor Matt Le Nevez, 42.

‘We’re about to do something that’s utter, utter madness. I can not believe I’m going to be cooking on MasterChef,’ Rebecca of Packed to the Rafters fame says.

Ian, who is accompanied by fashion designer Collette Dinnigan, 55, wastes no time in announcing he’s there to win.

The series also features international talent with famed chef Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Tilly, 19, appearing on screen.

‘My name’s Tilly and I do live with a pretty harsh food critic. My dad, Gordon Ramsay,’ she jokes in a piece to camera.

While she may be used to being on the receiving end of tough love, one Aussie star that’s a fan of Gordon is Nova radio host Chrissie Swan, 47, who is also set to star.

‘I’m a bit nervous because I’ve probably got a crush on her dad,’ Chrissie, clad in a gorgeous sequinned frock says.

Other stars making their presence felt are Korean-born Australian singer Dami Im, 32, who says she’s ‘not known for cooking’, and comedian Dilruk Jayasinha, 36.

Also plating up dishes are retired footballer Archie Thompson, 42, and AFL star and Fox Footy presenter Nick Riewoldt, 38.

Emotional scenes at the conclusion of the trailer see Rebecca wiping away tears as judge Melissa heaps praise on her dish.

‘No chef in the world would be unhappy with that,’ Melissa says to a tearful Rebecca.

‘You’re going to make me cry now,’ Rebecca says, before Melissa adds that her dish was ‘pure unadulterated joy’.
