Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins leaves fans convinced he's set to propose to girlfriend Alexandra George

He failed to find love on The Bachelor, but fans are convinced that Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins has finally met ‘The One’.   

In a post on Instagram on Tuesday, the 34-year-old former rugby union star documented his recent romantic trip to Tangalooma Island Resort in Queensland.

Nick was joined by his girlfriend, Alexandra George, sharing a photo of the two of them enjoying cocktails with the sun setting over the beach behind them.

‘Had a belter of a weekend!!! Didn’t get close to ticking off all the activities but we’ll be back in a hurry!’ he captioned the post.

Shortly after sharing the photo, several fans took to the comments section to ask him when he was going to propose to his stunning partner.

‘Am I the only one that was checking that finger?’ asked one eagle-eyed fan, while a second wrote, ‘When are ya gonna put a ring on that finger Nick?’

A third commentator mentioned that he got down on bended knee with his now-wife in the same scenic spot.

‘I love that place! That’s where I proposed to my wife,’ he said.

Others commented on how well-suited the couple appeared to be, with one writing: ‘Onya Badge, glad to see ya so happy with a lady.’

The Daily Telegraph reported in June last year that Nick had found love with Alexandra and that they had spent lockdown together in Seal Rocks, on the mid-north coast of New South Wales. 

Friends of the couple told the newspaper that the pair had met on a trip to the Kimberley region in Western Australia a year earlier.

It’s the former rugby union star’s first serious relationship since he caused an uproar by not choosing a winner in the finale of The Bachelor in 2018.
