Novak Djokovic raises injury concerns at Laver Cup with Team Europe on the ropes


    “Well one reason Djokovic is struggling a bit you can see here, he’s stretching his right wrist a number of times and also getting strapping on it. That’s really telling,” the retired former world No 4 said on commentary. And four-time Major winner Jim Courier agreed that the wrist appeared to be a big problem in match two on the final day of the Laver Cup.

    “The strapping must be under that wristband because it’s not visible,” he said.”But perhaps there’s a little soreness having played two matches last night. There he is shaking it out again, and it does seem to be a problem. It would be a good reason for the lack of pace and aggression.”
