The same clip had also shown Olly checked on 14-year-old Abbie, after she suffered an epileptic seizure during the concert.

The hitmaker could be seen asking medical staff if she was stable enough for the show to continue, before hopping back onto the stage saying: ‘see you later babes stay safe, lots of love,’ as she was wheeled away.

Events organiser Sharron Thomas – who was at the concert with her daughters -captured the touching moments on video.

She said: ‘Everyone there was just so touched. I’ve never known that to happen at a concert before.

‘Samuel’s family said they’ll never forget it. Everybody was just so mushed-up. We were all doing hand-on-hearts.

‘It’s up there with the best concerts I’ve ever been to. He made every person in that room feel special.’

The sweet moment came after the singer ensured Abbie was stable as she was guided to the First Aid Tent with her mother Mel.

Olly was previously praised my mum Mel, whose daughter Abbie had suffered a seizure during the concert.

Epilepsy affects the brain and causes frequent seizures. A Seizure is electrical activity in the brain which affects how it functions.

‘They got her a chair and moved her towards the stage through the barrier. At this point Olly came down off the stage, came over to my daughter and asked her if she was okay, told her not to cry, asked her if she had had a nice time, and thanked her for coming.’

Olly told Abbie that she hopes she will be okay, and held her hands until she got help.

Thankful: Mel also took to Twitter to express her gratitude to Olly. She wrote:'@ollymurs thank you for coming down off the stage to talk to my daughter she had a seizure tonight. You really are so kind and you made her night xx'

    What is Epilepsy?

Epilepsy is a common condition that affects the brain and causes frequent seizures.

Seizures are bursts of electrical activity in the brain that temporarily affect how it works. They can cause a wide range of symptoms.

Epilepsy can start at any age, but usually starts either in childhood or in people over 60.

It’s often lifelong, but can sometimes get slowly better over time.

Seizures can affect people in different ways, depending on which part of the brain is involved.

Treatment can help most people with epilepsy have fewer seizures or stop having seizures completely.

‘We then made our way to the first aid tent but Olly said to the crowd that he would hold on a sec until my daughter was out. He actually paused an entire show to make sure she was okay which meant the world and shows what a kind genuine man he is.’

The mother and daughter were reassured by Ollie’s presence, and Mel thanked him for making what could have been a scary situation into a much calmer one.

Mel also took to Twitter to express her gratitude to Olly.

Olly replied to the message in his own tweet by penning: ‘Oh god I hope she is ok!! Do send her my love x’ with a red loveheart.

The hitmaker is on tour currently, following knee surgery earlier this month.

Taking to Instagram in his hospital gown, he spoke to her fans on a video saying:

‘Hey everyone, what’s happening. You’re probably thinking, what is going on? Why is Olly in a hospital bed? Well, I’ve just had surgery on my left leg, and as you can see, I’ve got my game on already to ice it.

Basically, for some of you who came to my Newmarket gig on Friday, thank you firstly for your kind messages and support and checking I was OK.

‘It’s been a mad 72 hours since the gig getting to this point. Basically, after my second song, a fragment of bone which was in my knee managed to lodge itself to the back of my knee after I jumped and basically shut my leg down.

‘During the gig, I was just limping the whole time, I couldn’t believe it. So basically I’m in, I’ve had the surgery, I wanted to get this done because I’ve got the Newby gig on the 14th and the Singleton Park on the 15th.

‘So I wanted to make sure I got this done for you guys. It will be a different gig, I probably won’t be running around like I normally do, there might be a stool for me to sit down on, but I can’t cancel these gigs for you guys.

‘It was such an amazing vibe on Friday at Newmarket so I’ll give it absolutely everything next week for you all.’
