    Pixie Geldof cradles her baby daughter as doting mother steps out with musician husband George Barnett… weeks after welcoming her first child


    Pixie Geldof enjoyed some quality time with her loved ones on Monday afternoon during an appearance in London – just weeks after welcoming her first child. 

    The daughter of Boomtown Rats singer Sir Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates cradled her baby daughter, whose name is yet to be disclosed, while out with husband George Barnett. 

    It was the second time Pixie, 31, had been seen in public with the child since confirming her birth in August.

    She cut a low-key figure on the outing wearing blue skinny jeans and black knee high cowboy boots which she paired with an oversized biker jacket. 

    Pixie opted for a black baseball cap which kept her bright blonde wisps of hair at bay. 

    New dad George also opted for a hat – a black beanie – with baggy blue jeans and a matching shirt underneath a leather jacket.  

    She  confirmed the birth of her first child last month after the couple were seen heading out for a stroll with their newborn nestled in a pram.

    The model, who publicly revealed her bump in March, never officially confirmed her pregnancy, although MailOnline did contact her representatives for comment.

    Pixie has been married to These New Puritans drummer George since 2017, when the couple tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Majorca.

    Close friends Alexa Chung and Daisy Lowe were bridesmaids, with guests including Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Nick Grimshaw.

    The couple are also pals with Princess Eugenie and attended her wedding to industry executive Jack Brooksbank in 2018. 

    The celebrity offspring is the third daughter of Bob and Paula Yates, who tragically died aged 41 in 2000 after a heroin overdose. 

    The couple married in 1986, and had Pixie, Fifi, 38, and Peaches, but tragically, history repeated itself in April 2014 when their middle child died Peaches of an overdose aged 25.
