The Duke of Sussex did a voiceover for the social enterprise’s latest video promoting its work. It showed first responders, medical workers and sportsmen and women. Harry said: “PeakState is striving to build a global community that understands the importance of mental fitness and feels empowered to attain it.”
He added: “By providing accessible tools and resources that can be incorporated into our everyday busy lives, PeakState aims to help people take a pro-active approach to good management and good mental health.”
PeakState’s co-founders also featured in the clip to explain the group’s work.
One of them said the strategies they recommend are derived from how sports stars come under pressure.
On Friday his next show on Apple TV + is set to be broadcast, as the Royal Family brace for more criticism.
Last week’s episode saw Harry discuss his mental health struggles and said they were brought to the surface during the early days of his relationship with Meghan.
He claimed the pair had had an argument which brought his 12-year-old self out.
Harry was just 12 when his mother was killed in a road accident in Paris, something which he confessed left him deeply traumatised.
More to follow.
