Stunning behind-the-scenes shots of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at the Earthshot Prize awards ceremony were shared yesterday. Royal photographer Arthur Edwards said the snaps show the couple are “genuinely in love”.
Writing for The Sun, Mr Edwards said: “And one person who will be delighted to see it is the Queen.
“From the look in William and Catherine’s eyes she can see they are genuinely in love — and the Crown’s future is safe in their hands.”
Mr Edwards added that William and Kate are the most in-demand members of the Royal Family.
He said: “This couple will conquer the world.
“So cool and glamorous, they are already the most sought-after members of the Royal Family and every country wants them to visit.”
The Cambridges shared the three new photos on social media on Wednesday.
The black and white pictures were taken at the inaugural awards ceremony for William’s Earthshot Prize at Alexandra Palace in London on Sunday.
One shows the couple, who tied the knot in 2011, smiling as they move aside a pair of curtains as they make an entrance.

William ambitious £50million initiative is designed to find solutions to the world’s environmental problems over the next decade.
At the end of the event, televised by the BBC, the Duke took to the stage to tell the audience: “I want to say something to the young watching tonight.
“For too long, we haven’t done enough to protect the planet for your future, the Earthshot is for you.
“In the next 10 years, we are going to act.
“We are going to find the solutions to repair our planet.
“Please keep learning, keep demanding change, and don’t give up hope.
“We will rise to these challenges.”
