    She’s currently isolating inside her $7.3million Melbourne mansion with her husband Chris Judd and their four children.

    But on Wednesday, Rebecca Judd stepped out of her home to complete an intense workout.

    The 38-year-old WAG shared a photo to Instagram after running up and down 10 sets of stairs.

    Rebecca showed off her trim figure in black sport tights and a matching coloured crop top.

    She tied her brunette locks in a ponytail and wore a pink cap during the workout.

    Rebecca lives in the upmarket suburb of Brighton with her husband, retired AFL star Chris Judd, and their four children, Oscar, Billie, Tom and Darcy.

    Last week, she shared one of the secrets behind her shredded physique – a 20minute high-intensity interval training workout.

    The 38-year-old AFL WAG demonstrated the routine from the comfort of her own bedroom during Melbourne’s current lockdown.

    Dressed in her own Jaggad activewear line, she began with sit-up crunches followed by heel taps.

    She continued working on her abs by doing a round of Russian twists and then held a plank for 50 seconds.

    She took off her jacket before going on to do alternating leg splits that focused on her lower abs and trim pins.

    The brunette beauty then did a round of squats, squat pulses, followed by jump squats.

    She caught her breath as she did a squat hold, before getting her sweat on with a series of burpees to round out the routine.
