Witherspoon wore a vibrantly colored and floral-printed dress from her very own clothing company, Draper James, while looking into the distance.

The Legally Blonde star added a bit of shine to her outfit with a pair of gemstone-studded sandals.

She accessorized with several bracelets and a set of black sunglasses as she spent time on the beach.

The Academy Award-winning actress’ gorgeous blonde hair remained free-flowing and fell onto her shoulders and the nape of her neck.

Witherspoon also shared the shot to her Instagram Story, where she pointed out that the dress was from her own brand.

The performer founded Draper James in 2015 and took the company’s name from those of her grandparents.

The brand’s offerings are intended to showcase the actress’ Southern roots in the form of ready-to-wear clothing.

The company’s first proper storefront was opened in the actress’ hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, in the year of its inception.

Two more stores were later established in Lexington, Kentucky and Atlanta, Georgia.

Witherspoon actively promotes Draper James’ offerings on her Instagram account and is occasionally featured as one of the company’s models.

In a shot that was shared just before the beginning of summer, the performer was seen wearing one of the brand’s striped dressed while looking skyward.

She also held a freshly cut set of sunflowers to add a bit of seasonal charm to the stylish snap.

Witherspoon spoke about her design principles during an interview with Glamour, where she noted that she wanted to enjoy herself when coming up with her offerings.

The performer specifically noted that Draper James’ clothing has ‘a sense of humor. Fashion is too serious sometimes…I just like clothing that has a sense of fun.’

The actress also spoke about the inspiration behind her brand and told the media outlet that she was interested in showcasing the styles and traditions that she encountered during her upbringing.

‘I wanted to make a clothing brand about the small-town lifestyle I grew up living. The people in those communities can be fashion-forward too, but they’re not really celebrated,’ she said.
