Renee Zellweger rents $30K Laguna Beach mansion across the street from boyfriend Ant Anstead's home

Their relationship is only getting stronger after meeting earlier this year while filming a television show.

And Renee Zellweger will shell out $30,000 per month to live next to her boyfriend, Ant Anstead, in a home which sold for $7.5million two years ago in the affluent coastal community of Laguna Beach.

The 52-year-old Academy Award-winner rented a stunning five-bedroom mansion nearby her reality star beau as he preps for renovations at his own luxury digs with the Property Brothers.

The Orange County oasis overlooks the Pacific Ocean and boasts 4,900-square-feet of living space across three stories.

Lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the property which is tucked away behind a gated fence with a driveway.

Gorgeous hardwood floors are featured throughout the home, which also offers ocean views in nearly every room. 

Entertain on the lower level in the large family room which also boasts a large walk-in wine cellar. A nearby family room overlooks the ocean and provides direct access to the gazebo and stairs to the water.

Renee recently went public with her relationship to Ant Anstead after the couple met earlier this year while working on his Discovery+ show, Celebrity IOU Joyride.

Speaking to PEOPLE (The TV show!) this month, Ant said: ‘I’m really grateful to the show because these amazing things happen in your world and sometimes when things collide, they collide at the most obscure times when you least expect them.’

He added: ‘And that’s what happened in this case. I’m grateful for that.’

In a separate September interview with the outlet, Ant confirmed that his and Renee’s relationship is ‘something that’s really private.’

Earlier this year, Ant finalized his divorce from fellow reality star Christina Haack.

The pair married in a surprise wedding at their home in California and had a son, Hudson, now two, but by September 2020 it was all over.

Haack has since found love in the arms of former cop and new fiance, Joshua Hall, and continues to co-parent her two children with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, who recently became a married man once again when he said ‘I do’ to Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young.
