Samantha Armytage enjoys Hunter Valley getaway with husband Richard Lavender after quitting Sunrise for a more laidback lifestyle
Since leaving Seven’s breakfast show Sunrise, Samantha Armytage has been living a more laidback lifestyle.
On Tuesday, the 44-yera-old was enjoying a getaway with her new husband Richard Lavender in the town of Scone in the Hunter Valley.
The former TV star glowed in a selfie shared to her Instagram Stories, beaming as she and Richard posed in a forested area.

Sam wore sunglasses and skipped the makeup, and was rugged up in a warm black jumper.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph recently, Sam candidly admitted that she’s taken a more relaxed approach to life.
‘I barely brush my hair and put a bit of lipstick on these days, and it is lovely,’ she said.

‘It is absolutely bliss to not have to worry about hair and makeup for this part of my career.’
Her resignation from Sunrise followed months of rumours she was preparing to spend more time with Richard and her dog Banjo at his country estate.
Sam started dating Richard, 61, in April 2019, and announced their engagement in June last year.
