Shannen Doherty dons double denim while carrying groceries at the Malibu Vintage Grocers… as she gears up for a return to work in front of the camera
She has previously been open about her battle with stage IV breast cancer.
But on Monday, Shannen Doherty looked healthy and active as she carried a sack of groceries and what looked to be pet food at the Malibu Vintage Grocers in Malibu, California.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 star, 50, wore a light wash denim button-down shirt, paired with darker blue jeans.

She rolled the sleeves of her shirt up to just above her elbows.
The actress stayed protected in a black face mask, and wore her brown hair up in a bun.
Shannen’s bangs were parted at the middle, hanging down either side of her forehead.

She walked along in thin flip-flops and at one point sported aviator sunglasses.
After a hiatus since 2019, Doherty is gearing up for a return to work in front of the camera.
Her new action film The Fortress is currently in post-production.

The film costars Bruce Willis, Chad Michael Murray and Jesse Metcalfe, and follows a group of criminals hellbent on revenge who force a retired officer and his son to save the day.
And according to Doherty’s IMDb page, a sequel to The Fortress is already in pre-production.
Shannen is also rumored to be appearing in another sequel, to her 1995 Kevin Smith film Mallrats which costarred Ben Affleck and Jason Lee.

The new movie, titled Twilight of the Mallrats, is in pre-production and already has Lee attached, along with Jason Mewes and Smith who will be reprising their roles of Jay and Silent Bob, respectively.
Shannen is rumored to be reprising her character Rene Mosier.
The new film work is a welcome announcement for BH90210 actress and producer, whose last credit was a guest appearance in 2019 on her late friend and costar Luke Perry’s show Riverdale.
