‘I wish I had the time to go through individually and reply to you but so many have messaged which I really appreciate and this is a massive thank you to you all, your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed.

‘I know you all out weigh the vile, negative people in this world and I do always ignore and block, but the message shouldn’t be sent in the first place for me to see and read and it really angers me that these trolls think they can go around tearing people down for no reason?’

She continued: ‘You wouldn’t come up to my face in the street and say it, so how is it fair to say it behind a screen?

‘Social platforms seriously need to do more in tackling online abuse. Thank god I have great family, friends and supporters to help focus on the positives! You’re all truly special.’

Shelby also shamed one troll by sharing a screenshot of their hurtful message, which attacked Abel’s appearance, to her Instagram story.

The reality star told her troll: ‘The only ugly person around here is you for thinking you can message me saying such VILE things? So unnecessary.

‘So take yourself off social platforms if you think this is how you message people. FYI we’ll all continue making gorgeous babies,’ she concluded.

And Sam recently revealed that he and Shelby have a closer relationship now that they’re parents.

The former TOWIE regular told MailOnline: ‘Abel’s brought us closer together more than anything. We thought it would be stressful being on top of each other.

‘Don’t get me wrong, we’ve had our moments, ups and downs but we’ve been through three lockdowns now, we’ve moved house and had a baby all in the space of 10 months. But we’re still here!’

‘It’s been really good, he keeps us on our toes most of the time so you don’t really have loads of time to yourself – it all revolves around the baby.’
