‘The eating will absolutely stay healthy, just all the little tweaks I’ve made and the new habits that I’ve formed, like swapping to a long black coffee and not eating right before bed, all those little things will definitely be staying,’ he said.

Previously speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Joel’s trainer Jono said that consistency is key.

‘I also suggest not only just a 45 minute workout but have other daily goals like 10,000 steps, stretch for 10 minutes and run 3kms.

‘Little goals like that daily can keep you motivated and not want to break your streak.’

In 2020, Jono, 30, helped Rebel Wilson lose 20kg during her ‘year of health.’ She has since reached a total weight loss of 30kg.
