Strictly Come Dancing's Will Mellor leaves co-star in tears after highest score of night

He concluded: “Absolutely amazing.” Tess then pleaded with Craig Revel Horwood “not to spoil” the positive comments.

Thankfully, Craig agreed, stating: “I loved it!”

The duo earned a score of 34 and were clearly taken aback by the achievement.

Hugging Will, Nancy became emotional, as Claudia Winkleman asked: “Are you alright?”

The tearful dancer replied: “I am so proud of him! What did he do?”

Will also got choked up as he thanked his mum and told her: “This is for you and my dad.”

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.45pm on BBC One.
